I got a Vello Ringbox RBRS a while ago but never really had a chance to check it out. So today I got it out and gave it a whirl.

The Vello Ringbox is a large, ring-shaped flash modifier that goes around the camera lens and over a flash mounted on the hotshoe. It's essentially a circular softbox on the front of your camera.

It produces a nice, soft, even light and, of course, circular catchlights in the eyes. Not bad for such an inexpensive little toy.
